We do use Coconut in some of our products. (We know that this is not a tree nut but a fruit, but we think it is worth mentioning..) Our Thai Partners do work with peanuts. They do however, have very strict HACCP rules in place and clean their equipment very thoroughly after each production run. That said, if you’re extremely allergic, then you might want to only use products that are certified nut free.

All of our Curry Pastes and even our Curry Sauces can be frozen without any harm to the product. Just make sure that they are put in a glass dish with a tight fitting lid and freeze for up to 3 months.
